Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Secure Paid VPN account and the personal data we hold about you at any time, using whichever of the following methods is most convenient.
Option 1 — From the mobile app
- Open the Secure Paid VPN app on iOS or Android.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap Settings in the bottom navigation.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
The deletion request is processed immediately.
Option 2 — From this website
- Sign in at securepaidvpn.com/login.
- Go to your Profile page.
- Use the Delete Account control on that page.
Option 3 — By email
Send a deletion request from the email address registered to your account to privacy@securepaidvpn.com with the subject line "Account deletion". We will process the request within seven business days and reply once it is complete.
What happens when you delete your account
- Any active web subscription is cancelled immediately. App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately from the device that purchased them — the deletion does not stop those auto-renewals.
- All of your subscription records are marked inactive.
- The devices linked to your account are removed and your VPN credentials are revoked, so the tunnel can no longer be established with your account.
- Personal information on the account record (name, email, password hash, customer references) is scrubbed.
What we retain (and why)
Aggregated subscription history may be retained for legal and financial-audit purposes for up to seven years, in accordance with applicable law. This retained data is not personally identifiable — your name, email, and password are gone. All other associated records are purged within 30 days.
